Easy as Popcorn, Sugar and Angostura
Being Vegan or a healthy foodie is not always vegetables and fruits. We can be naughty sometimes, but with care!
Ever wondered how lovely it would be to make your own Toffee Popcorn without the chemicals?
In this recipe it is a simple combo of a healthy air-popped corn with a syrup infused with Angostura Bitters from Trinidad originally, and reduced until bubbly and thick.
Just add to the popcorn and it will cool so fast. Hey Presto.

Ingredients: 3 Cups of Air-popped Corn; 2 Cups Brown Caster Sugar; 2 Tbsp Angostura Bitters; 1 Tbsp Coconut or Vegetable Oil
