Delicate wheatfree dessert

This delicate taste of blueberry preserve with sweet spices and wrapped in a wheatfree dough bakes quickly and beautifully.

Simply create a bread dough with sweet caribbean spices and a little sugar, pinch of salt.

After ensuring the dough has risen.  Knock back, roll out and spread with your favourite Blueberry Preserve from Fortnum & Mason.

Roll horizontally, and then vertically.

Hold together with a toothpick and place on greaseproof or parchment paper and bake at 180oC for 12 mins.

Sprinkle with sugar  and serve with custard and maybe some banana coins  :)
