I have some neat variations you can try using our Jerk Marinade, by Turnahpot.
When we make Jerk Marinades at Turnahpot, we ensure that fresh ingredients, as possible, are used.
Since we are not in the Caribbean, they are only as fresh as from the Grocers as opposed to from the Garden.

Just blend your combinations of:
Salt, and more to your taste …
Smother the tofu and chill overnight – if you are doing it the same day why not chill it for at least 2-4 hours so that the Jerk Marinade can soak into the pores of the Tofu.
Once chilled, this will make for an amazing Jerk Tofu, pan fried or on Skewers with Jerk Plantain and pineapple cubes.
