Popcorn Sorrel Chia Pudding

2 Tbsp Chia in Sorrel

4 Tbsp of Coconut milk Sugar to taste

 

Method:

  • Mix Sorrel and Chia seeds and heat slightly, adding sugar and spices to taste.
  • Remove from heat and stir in Coconut Milk.
  • Pour in small classes half way and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
