On this journey the expense of getting the right nutrients ON THE RUN can be alarming.  I Just paid £7 for bread, fruits and houmous! What I did not say was that the bread and humous was amazing ☺

Becoming a Vegan is not easy to do but it CAN be done!  One a Meal at a Time ☺

For those familiar with the taste and texture of Meat and fish, maybe you seek dishes that are a replacement or at least a joy to eat (as we all should).  The type of food that almost mimics the same emotions and tastes associated with eating these culinary delights of our former diet.

No more.  Tis a new journey and we shall all be happy when we reach that point of Contentment.

As a Freebie.  Here’s a Recipe to tweak for any cooked Bean.

 BUTTER BEAN HUMMOUS

INGREDIENTS

1 Tin Butter Beans

1 Clove of Garlic

1 Tsp of Pink Salt

1/2 Tsp of freshly ground Schezu Pepper

1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

1 Cup of Water

1/4 Sweet Pepper

ButterBeanHumous3

Preparing The Cuisine

Blend all ingredients until smooth

 

Enjoy with Bread or even use as a sauce in Raw Meals.
